Appointment Policies

We thank you for choosing Ageless MD. Our mission is to provide you with the highest level of professional care. We have created the following policies in order to provide our clients with the best possible services and experiences. These policies are necessary to avoid expenses and valuable time for both the client and the medical professional.

As we strive to provide the absolute best result for all of our clients, we ask that you please read over our Office Policies and understand that we must enforce them in order to achieve our stated goals.


If a treatment is not performed on the same day of the consultation with an MD, PA, or RN, there will be a $100 consultation fee charged at the end of your appointment (this fee is strictly for the medical provider’s time).

At the time of scheduling your in-office consultation, the $100 consultation fee must be collected to complete your appointment booking. If you are scheduling the consultation appointment by telephone, we will ask for a credit card number to process the $100 consultation fee.

The $100 consultation fee will be applied as credit towards your scheduled treatment and cannot be applied towards products. Please note that once you consult with the provider, the $100 fee will NOT be refunded and will be stored as credit when you decide to schedule a treatment. *This new consultation policy will take effect on September 1, 2018.

Cancellations / Rescheduling & No-Shows

We understand that there will be times when you may need to cancel/reschedule an appointment. If you are able to cancel/reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, there will be no fee. Please call/text 714-880-7566 to cancel/reschedule an appointment.

If you are cancelling at least 24 hours in advance, but it is after office hours, please leave your information with our answering service.

If you cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours in advance or simply “No-Show,” we unfortunately must still compensate our staff for their time.

Your business is very important to us but we hope you can understand that our highly skilled expert staff have reserved that time period for you and have turned others away who could have filled your appointment time. Therefore, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee which is nonrefundable and cannot be applied towards future treatments.
