Vi Peel Treatment Tustin

What is a VI Peel?

VI Peels are a collection of chemical peels formulated to treat a variety of skin concerns. We carry the Original, Precision Plus, and Purify Precision Plus. The primary ingredients on VI Peels are trichloroacetic acid, salicylic acid, and phenol. On top of that, the addition of retinoic acids, Vitamin C, and minerals aid in rejuvenation.

Trichloroacetic acid is effective in combating signs of aging from sun exposure. It can also treat fine lines and hyperpigmentation. Salicylic acid is great for treating active acne as it helps decongest the skin of dead cells. Phenol helps alleviate the effects of sun damage, acne, hyperpigmentation, and scarring.

Why is skin darker in the intimate areas?

Having darker skin in the intimate areas is perfectly normal, but factors like friction and inflammation contribute to discoloration. Excessive and continuous rubbing in particular areas exacerbates the epidermis which causes the skin color and texture to darken and become rough. Common examples of friction include wearing tight clothing, shaving, and waxing. Discoloration can also be increased in areas where sweat occurs due to an accumulation of pigment-producing bacteria.

What is VI Peel Original?

VI Peel Original is a great first-time treatment that is safe for any age group and skin type. The treatment leaves your skin with a tighter, smoother, and more radiant appearance. It is a peel that gives an overall rejuvenation in the treated area.

What is VI Peel Precision Plus?

VI Peel Precision Plus penetrates through the top layer of skin to suppress melanogenesis. Melanogenesis is the process by which our skin produces melanin and pigments. It is safe for all skin types, penetrating into a medium-depth to treat your skin concerns. By encouraging rapid cell turnover, VI Peel Precision Plus gives you a brighter and more even skin tone!

The ingredients in VI Peel Precision Plus are stronger compared to that of the Original peel. Hydroquinone and kojic acid are added into the blend to inhibit pigmentation and fight discoloration.

What is VI Peel Purify with Precision Plus?

The VI Peel Purify with Precision Plus is a two-in-one treatment that combats active acne and hyperpigmentation. It clears out dead skin cells and excessive oil on the surface of your skin to help active acne clear up and prevent further breakouts. The combination of Precision Plus in the formula targets the production of melanin. The formula also unclogs congested pores and kills P.acne bacteria. This comprehensive peel remedies residual acne scarring, reducing texture and pigmentation.

In addition to the blend of ingredients used in the VI Peel Precision Plus, the Purify with Precision Plus has benzoyl peroxide and hydrocortisone. Benzoyl peroxide fights bacteria that causes acne to reduce and prevent breakouts. Meanwhile, hydrocortisone can help soothe redness and irritation.
